Can I make available for booking only the time slots that are before or after an existing appointment?

Goldie makes it easy for you to choose what time slots are shown as available for your clients to make appointments online through your Online Booking site. Follow these steps to change what times are shown:

  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
  2. Go to Menu (☰) → Settings → Online booking → Calendar availability

    3. Select your desired availability option (which applies to each day your business is open for bookings) from the following:

  1. Show clients all available time slots (this is the default setting)
  2. Optimized schedule - which will only show clients' time slots adjacent to existing appointments (this feature enables you to ensure that you are only booking back-to-back appointments, as long as you have at least one appointment for that day)
    1. Note: If the Optimized schedule does not find any free slots on any given day, it will not apply for that day and instead display all of your available time slots
