There are various regulations that limit how mass text/SMS messages can be sent to consumers, and we have updated our mass messaging feature to ensure that your business and Goldie comply with these regulations (as well as carrier network policies).
As a result, we’ve updated our mass messaging system to have the messages come from your mobile device and phone number, rather than Goldie's system (which can still be used by Pro and Team plan subscribers for reminders, follow-ups, or other messages associated with appointments).
