This article goes over how to export your data from DaySmart to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to DaySmart.
Exporting your DaySmart Clients
1. Open DaySmart and go to the Reports tab.
2. Click on Customer Reports.
3. Select as many demographic details as needed for your report.
4. Run the report and export it as an Excel File.

Exporting your DaySmart Appointments
1. Click on the Reports tab.
2. Select the Appointment Report link.
3. Choose the appropriate filters to capture the relevant data.
4. Run the report and export it as an Excel File.

Exporting your DaySmart Staff members
There is no easy way to export your DaySmart staff members. In the email you send to the onboarding team just include:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Of any staff member besides you that you want to be added and we will create them for you. You must be on a pro plus subscription to be able to add staff.
Importing your DaySmart data into Goldie
Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
