This article goes over how to export your data from Acuity to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Acuity.
Exporting your Acuity Clients
1. Log in to your Acuity account.
2. Navigate to the Clients > Import/Export section in Acuity.
3. Click on the button labeled Export Client List.
4. Ensure you select as much detail as possible to include in the export.
5. Export the Client List to a CSV format.
6. Save the CSV file to your computer to send to Goldie.

Exporting your Acuity Appointments
1. Log in to your Acuity account.
2. Go to the Reports > Export section.
3. Select the desired date range for the appointments you want to export.
4. Choose whether or not to include cancelled appointments in the export.
5. Click on Export Appointments to download the file in CSV format.

Exporting your Acuity Services
Acuity does not currently give you the option to export your services but if you include your booking page url in the email you send us we will pull the information from there.
Exporting your Acuity Staff members
There is no easy way to export your Acuity staff members. In the email you send to the onboarding team just include:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Of any staff member besides you that you want to be added and we will create them for you. You must be on a pro plus subscription to be able to add staff.
Importing your Acuity data to Goldie
Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
