Importing From Mindbody

This article goes over how to export your data from Mindbody to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Mindbody.

Exporting your Mindbody Clients

    1.    Navigate to the Reports tab in Mindbody and select Clients from the menu on the left.

    2.    From the filter at the top left, select Mailing List.

    3.    In the List Clients menu, choose the specific group of clients you want to export.

    4.    Under Client’s Opt-in Status, select All Clients.

    5.    From the third row, choose whether to include Clients Only, Prospects Only, or Clients and Prospects.

    6.    Select your preferred sorting method: either Client Name or Client Barcode.

    7.    Click Generate to preview the results.

    8.    Click Export to Excel to save the client list to your computer.

    9.    Email the exported list to [email protected].

Exporting your Mindbody Appointments

    1.    Navigate to the Reports tab in Mindbody and select Staff from the menu on the left.

    2.    From the filter at the top left, select All Staff Reports then Schedule at a Glance.

    3.    Filter for the date range you want to import. Since we can only import future appointments we recommend starting with today's date.

    4.    Click Go to preview the results.

    5.    Click Export to Excel to save the client list to your computer.

    6.    Email the exported list to [email protected].

Exporting your Mindbody Services

Mindbody does not currently offer a self service method to export your services, but if you include your booking page in the email you send us we will pull the information from there.

Exporting your Mindbody Staff members

There is no self service way to export your Mindbody staff members. In the email you send to the onboarding team just include:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number

Of any staff member besides you that you want to be added and we will create them for you. You must be on a pro plus subscription or trial to be able to add staff.

Importing your Mindbody data to Goldie

Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
