Goldie does not support merging two or more accounts. Each account is independent and tied to a unique email address, meaning account data such as bookings, client lists, and payment history cannot be combined or transferred between accounts.
Use Case: Merging a Personal Account into a Team Account
If you are a team account owner (subscribed to the Pro Plus plan) and would like to merge another existing Goldie account as a staff member, please note that this is not possible. Goldie does not allow the integration of one account into another.
However, if you want to add someone as a staff member to your team, they will need to join using a different email address that has not been previously registered with Goldie. You can invite them as a staff member by following these steps:
Go to Menu in your Goldie app.
Tap on Staff Management.
Invite a new staff member using their email address.
They will receive an invitation to create a new account linked to your team.
If the staff member’s current account contains essential data, they may need to manually transfer necessary information before joining your team.
