How do I add payment terms/policies for my clients to see?

It’s important to have a clear set of terms and conditions for your clients to view when booking an appointment with you to ensure that they understand your business’s policies. Goldie makes establishing these terms simple - just take the following steps:

  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
  2. Go to Menu (☰)   Settings   Online Booking → Booking Website
  3. Scroll down to “Policy and terms.”
  4. Enter the specific terms you would like to make customers aware of when booking an appointment with you, and then tap “Save” (in the top right corner)
    1. We recommend always being clear about such terms as whether you require deposits, if/when the deposit is refundable or transferrable, and any other limitations that exist for your clients (such as grace periods for showing up late).

You can update these terms at any point. Whatever terms you enter will be displayed to all customers in the online booking process.
