This article goes over how to export your data from Booksy to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Booksy.
Exporting your Booksy Clients
1. Go to Customers in Booksy.
2. Click Export to CSV to download your client list as a CSV file.
Exporting your Booksy Appointments
Booksy does not currently give you a self-service option to export your appointments but if you reach out to their support team, they should be able to provide you with a CSV of your data.
Exporting your Booksy Services
Booksy does not currently give you the option to export your services but if you include your booking page in the email you send us we will pull the information from there.
Exporting your Booksy Staff members
There is no easy way to export your Booksy staff members. In the email you send to the onboarding team just include:
Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Of any staff member besides you that you want to be added and we will create them for you. You must be on a pro plus subscription to be able to add staff.
Importing your Booksy data to Goldie
Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
