This article goes over how to export your data from Booker to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Booker.
Exporting your Booker Clients
1. Open the Booker app.
2. Navigate to the Customers tab and select Manage Customers.
3. Click the View All Customers link.
4. On the left sidebar, click Export to a .CSV file.
5. To download the file, click the first link in the Customer Exports section.

Exporting your Booker Appointments
1. Open the Booker app.
2. Navigate to Find Appointment
3. Click Customize View and set a filter.
4. Select the columns (you can select all columns; we will import all that are available in Goldie).
5. Save the View and Export.

Exporting your Booker Services
Booker does not currently give you the option to export your services, but if you include your booking page in the email you send us, we will pull the information from there.
Exporting your Booker Staff members
There is no easy way to export your Booker staff members. In the email you send to the onboarding team, just include:
Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number
If you want to add any staff member besides yourself, we will create them for you. You must be on a Pro Plus subscription to add staff.
Importing your Booker data into Goldie
Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import, and the team will get back to you with any questions.
