Goldie enables you to customize your online booking information. You can now manage and personalize your booking website through four dedicated screens: Basic Info, Customize Website, Business Hours, and Extra Info.
To update your booking page, open the Goldie app and go to Menu → Settings → Online Booking. Tap on the Booking Website button.
1. Basic Info
When you enable Online Booking, the booking link will automatically include your business name if it's available. You can customize the link with a new name at any time.
This section also allows you to edit essential business details, including:
Business Name
Business Description
Business Address
Contact Information
2. Customize Website
This section enables you to personalize the visual elements of your booking website:
Change Online Booking Theme & Colors: Customize the theme and colors to match your brand identity. (Paid feature)
Add a Business Logo and Website Image/Video:
Tap on "Add Logo" and select an image from your gallery.
Tap on "Add image or a 5-second video" and select an image or video from your gallery.
Remove Goldie Branding: Paid users have the option to remove the Goldie branding from their booking website for a fully branded experience. (Paid feature)
3. Business Hours
Easily adjust your business hours to reflect your availability. This section lets you set working hours for each day of the week, so clients can book appointments during your operating hours.
You can also disable all working hours so clients can view your services without booking appointments. This is useful if you want to showcase your offerings without accepting bookings temporarily.
4. Extra Info
This section helps you communicate important policies and additional information:
Change Policy & Terms: Add or edit your booking policies and terms to ensure clients are aware of your business rules.
Customize Fields: Modify fields to gather relevant client information during booking.
