How to Update Your Business Information in Goldie

A complete guide to updating your business name, location, phone number, hours, currency, and all other business details in Goldie.

Keeping your business information up to date in Goldie ensures your clients always see the right details on your booking page, in their appointment confirmations, and in the app. Here's a full overview of everything you can update and where to find each setting.

Business Name


Your business name appears on your online booking page, in client-facing messages, and on receipts.

To update your business name in Goldie, go to Menu (☰) → My Account (tap on your name) → User Details.

Type the new business name and save. The change takes effect immediately across the app and your booking page.

Business Location and Address


Your business address is shown on your online booking page and helps clients find you. If you've moved or need to correct an existing address, you can update it directly in the app.

To update your business address in Goldie, go to Menu (☰) → Online Booking → Settings → Booking Website → Basic info

Enter your street address, city, and country. Goldie will use this address on your public-facing booking page and in client communications that include your location.

Phone Number


Your business phone number can differ from your user phone number. You can add your phone number as a user (go to Menu (☰) → My Account (tap on your name) → User Details); however, to change your business phone number (which is displayed on the online booking page), follow the steps below:

Go to Menu (☰) → Online Booking → Settings → Booking Website → Basic info

Email Address


To update your email in Goldie, go to Menu (☰) → My Account (tap on your name) → User Details

This email may be displayed on your booking page for clients to contact you.

Business Hours and Working Hours


Business hours control when clients can see your business as open or closed. Working hours define the specific time slots available for online booking.

To update your business working hours: Go to Menu (☰) → Online Booking → Settings → Booking Website → Business Hours

Currency and Regional Settings


If you operate in a different country or need to change the currency displayed in the app, you can update this in your regional settings.

To update your currency or region in Goldie, go to Menu (☰) → Settings → Regional Settings

Business Logo and Cover


Adding a profile photo or business logo makes your booking page more professional and helps clients recognize your brand.

To update your business visuals, go to Menu (☰) → Online Booking → Settings → Booking Website → Customize website

Online Booking Page Details


Your online booking page has its own customization options, including your description, theme, and the services displayed to clients. These settings are managed separately from your general business profile.

Payment Terms and Policies


If you have a cancellation policy, no-show policy, or any other terms you want clients to acknowledge when booking, you can add them to your booking page.

To add or edit your policy in Goldie, go to Menu (☰) → Online Booking → Settings → Booking Website → Extra info.
