Who can do this: Owner and Manager
Go to Menu (☰) → Staff. Tap the staff member and tap Edit. Turn Bookable by clients online on or off. Tap Save.
This setting is on by default for new staff members. Clients can only book a staff member online for services linked to them. See How do I create services?.
Turning Off the Last Bookable Staff Member
If you turn this off for the last person still bookable online, Goldie will ask you to confirm because clients won't be able to book online at all.
Your booking site will then show that the business isn't accepting online bookings and invite clients to contact you directly. Appointments already booked aren't affected.
