If a business you book with through Goldie has a loyalty program enabled, you'll have access to the Loyalty Program section in your client account. This is where you can track how many visits you've completed toward earning a reward, and view all rewards you've received, past and present.
The section appears automatically once a business you're connected to activates its loyalty program. You don't need to sign up or opt in.
Finding Your Rewards
Look for Rewards in the left menu of your client account. It appears below Gift cards when available.
What you see when you tap it depends on how many businesses you're connected to:
One business | You go straight to that business's loyalty page. |
Multiple businesses | You see a list of all businesses that have a loyalty program — tap any one to view your progress with them. |
The Rewards section only appears in the menu if at least one business you're connected to has (or has had) a loyalty program enabled.
Your Loyalty Page
Each business has its own loyalty page, showing everything related to your rewards with that business. At a glance, you can see what the business is currently offering, for example, '10% off after 5 visits', so you always know what you're working toward.
A progress tracker shows how many qualifying visits you've completed toward your next reward. Only completed appointments count; cancelled and no-show appointments are not included.
How Stamps Are Earned
• Only completed, single-client appointments earn a stamp.
• Cancelled, no-show, and multi-client appointments do not count.
• Stamps are tracked automatically — no manual action required.
Reward History
Below your progress, you'll find a full history of your rewards with this business:
• Available rewards are always shown at the top
• Used rewards are listed below, from newest to oldest
Each reward entry shows:
• The reward type and value (e.g., $10 off or 10% off)
• Its current status — Available or Used
• The date it was earned (for available rewards) or redeemed (for used rewards)
Redeeming a Reward
You don't need to do anything special to redeem a reward. When you have an available reward and go to book a new appointment, you'll be prompted automatically:
• If no other discount is active, you'll be asked whether you want to apply your loyalty reward to the appointment.
• If another discount is already applied, you'll be asked to choose between that discount and your loyalty reward. Only one can be applied at a time.
Once applied, the reward discounts the full appointment total, including services, add-ons, and products.
When a Business Disables Its Loyalty Program
Businesses can choose to turn their loyalty program off at any time. Here's how that affects your account:
Rewards section in menu | Still visible as long as you've had at least one reward issued by that business, or the program was previously active. |
Visit progress | When the program is off, progress tracking is hidden and paused. |
Earned rewards | Always visible. Any rewards you already earned remain in your history and can still be applied if the business re-enables the program. |
No rewards ever issued | If the program is disabled before you earn any rewards, that business will not appear in your business list. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to do anything to join a loyalty program?
No. If a business you book with has the program enabled, you're automatically included. Your stamps are tracked from your completed appointments.
Which appointments count toward my progress?
Only completed, one-to-one appointments count. Appointments that are cancelled, marked as no-show, or involve multiple clients in the same booking do not earn a stamp.
Can I use my reward and another discount at the same time?
No — rewards cannot be combined with other discounts. If a discount is already applied to your appointment, you'll need to choose one or the other.
What happens if I cancel an appointment where I used a reward?
Cancelling or no-showing an appointment doesn't automatically give your reward back. Only the business can restore a used reward to your account. Contact them directly if you believe a reward should be reinstated.
Can I use a loyalty reward on a recurring appointment?
No — loyalty rewards can only be applied to one-time appointments. They are not compatible with recurring bookings.
I have rewards with more than one business. Can I see them all at once?
Not in a combined view — each business has its own loyalty page. Tap Rewards in the menu to see the full list of businesses, then select one to view your progress and history with them specifically.
Will my rewards expire?
Reward expiration is determined by the business. If you're unsure whether a reward has a time limit, reach out to the business directly.
