How to Block a Client from Booking Online

Learn how to prevent a specific client from booking appointments through your Goldie online booking page.

If there's a client you'd prefer not to accept bookings from, Goldie lets you block them directly from their profile. A blocked client will no longer be able to book appointments through your online booking page.

How to Block a Client from Online Booking


To block a client in Goldie, go to Menu (☰) → Clients → select the client's profile → tap the three-dot menu (⋯) → Block from Online Booking.

Once blocked, the client's name will be flagged in their profile, and they will receive an error if they attempt to book through your booking link. They will not be informed of the reason.

How to Unblock a Client


You can unblock a client at any time by returning to their profile and selecting Unblock from the same three-dot menu. Once unblocked, they will be able to book appointments through your online booking page again.

What Blocking Does and Doesn't Do


Blocking a client from online booking prevents them from self-booking through your booking link. It does not delete their profile, remove their appointment history, or prevent you from manually creating an appointment for them inside the app if needed.
