Can I reschedule an appointment for another day?

Goldie makes it easy to change the day of an appointment. To do so, simply take the following steps:

  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)

  2. Tap on the appointment in your Goldie calendar

  3. When the appointment details show up, tap “Edit” in the top right corner

  4. Tap on the date, then select your desired day

Please note that for appointments created by clients through your online booking link, rescheduling an appointment will automatically send your client a notification of the time change. 

For appointments not made through your online booking site, we always recommend communicating with clients to confirm the new appointment time.
