How can I send my location to my clients?

Goldie makes it easy to share the location of your business with your clients before their appointment. Doing so requires taking just two actions within Goldie:


  1. Including the location in the appointment details - which you can do by taking these steps:
    1. Tap on the appointment you’d like to add a location to
    2. On the Appointment details screen, tap “Edit” in the top right corner
    3. Scroll down to the Location field and enter the address for the appointment
      1. Note: once you add a location to an appointment, all future appointments created with that appointment’s client will use the same location by default

  2. Including the Location widget in your reminder message template - which you can do by taking the following steps:
    1. Go to Menu (☰) → Settings → Messages
    2. Tap on the reminder template you’d like to include the location in
    3. On the Edit message screen, tap the Template option (it will show a preview of the message underneath)
    4. Ensure the blue “Location” widget is included in your message — if it’s not, you can add it by simply tapping the Location in the Insert Field options at the bottom of the screen.


After taking these steps, your location will be shared with your clients every time they receive a reminder before their appointment.
