The online booking site Goldie provides for your business enables customers to select which Staff Member will provide the services when they make their appointment. Within the online booking process, once your customer selects the service(s) they would like to book, they can select one of the Staff Members who provide that service. Staff Members’ names, professions, and photos will be displayed to the customer.
Note: If the Staff Member’s online booking settings have been enabled (see how you can do so in this article), but the Staff Member has not been linked to any services, a message will be displayed to customers noting “No services available for online booking.” Check out this article (especially the Team note at the bottom) to see how to add Staff Members as providers of services.
