Adding Book Now Button to Google Business Profile

By adding a Book Now button to your Google Business, you make your services visible and easily bookable through Google. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to activate and deactivate the Google Book Now feature.

1. Settings: Activating the Google Book Button

In your Goldie app, navigate to Settings > Online Booking. Here, you will find a button to activate or deactivate the "Google Book button." Simply tap on the button to add a Book button to your business on Google Maps, linking it to your Goldie online booking website.

2. Google Book Screen: Connecting with Google Maps

After activating the Google Book button, you will enter the Google Book screen. Follow these steps:

1. Search for Your Business Name: Enter your business name in the search field.

2. Select Your Business: Choose your business name from the suggestions list.

3. Confirmation: Once selected, your business name and address will be displayed on the Google Book screen.

4. Activate: Tap the Activate button to send a request to activate the Book Now button on Google Maps.

After activation, a popup will appear, and your request to activate the Book Now button on Google Maps will be sent. Processing may take up to 72 hours. 

If your account does not connect after 72 hours, please reach out to support@heygoldie.com for support.

Deactivation:

If you wish to deactivate the connection, tap the Deactivate button. A similar popup will confirm your request, and processing may take up to 48 hours.

*Note: If the Book Now button disappears due to address changes on Google Maps, visit Settings > Online Booking > Google Book Now, and search and select your Business Name again.
