When a happy client leaves you a 5-star review on Goldie, AI Marketer can help you turn it into a Google review too — reviews on your Google Business Profile are what help new clients find you. This is a Pro Plus feature.
How It Works
Two hours after a client submits a 5-star review on Goldie, AI Marketer checks whether they also continued on to Google. If they haven't, it creates a suggestion so you can invite them to share the review on Google as well.
To find your AI Marketer suggestions in Goldie, go to Menu (☰) → Notifications.
This is separate from the Publish on your website and Share on social media options you may already see on a 5-star review (see How to Use the Social Posts).
The Google review suggestion is its own action, focused on getting the review onto your Google Business Profile.
If You Haven't Set Up Google Reviews Booster Yet
If your Google Business Profile isn't connected yet, AI Marketer can't create a Google review link for you. In that case, the suggestion shows an Activate Google Reviews Booster button instead.
Tapping it takes you to where you can turn on Google Reviews Booster. On the web app, it opens Settings → Online booking so you can connect your Google Business account first.

If you dismiss this activation suggestion three times, Goldie stops showing it so you're not interrupted. You can still turn on Google Reviews Booster from your settings at any time, and AI Marketer will start sending review suggestions once it's active.
Sending a Review Request to Your Client
AI Marketer drafts a friendly follow-up for you — for example: "Thanks for the great review! Would you mind sharing it on Google too? It really helps people find me." — along with the review link for your client.
From the Tap to send message popup, you can choose how to send it:
Send SMS via Goldie sends the message straight to your client's number through Goldie (this option appears only if your sending method is set to send via Goldie).
Send SMS via your device opens your phone's own messaging app with the message ready to send.
WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the message pre-filled.
Choose Cancel to close without sending anything.
What Your Client Sees
When your client opens the link, they land on a review page that already shows their 5-star review. They tap Copy review to copy the text, then Open Google to paste it to go to your Google Business Profile and post it.
Clients who leave their review directly on Goldie see the same page, with their review already copied and ready to paste on Google.
Each review that a client carries over is counted once, so you can see how many Google reviews Goldie has helped you gather.
