Win Back Inactive Clients with a Mass Message

Learn how AI Marketer finds clients you haven't seen in over two months and drafts a ready-to-send Winback mass message, plus other ready-made mass messages for Pro and Pro Plus users.

When you have clients who haven't booked in a while, AI Marketer can find them and draft a ready-to-send message inviting them back — with the recipients and your booking link already filled in.

Requirements:

Plan: Pro or Pro Plus

Permission: Marketing (Owners and Managers by default)

This is part of AI Marketer, which is currently in BETA.

How Winback Suggestions Work

Once a month, Goldie checks for clients you haven't seen in more than two months. If it finds at least 10 of them, AI Marketer prepares a suggestion with a message that's ready to send, and lets you know with a notification such as A message for 12 quiet clients is ready. Blocked clients are always left out.

Reviewing and Sending the Message

The suggestion appears in your Notifications Inbox, and you'll also receive a push notification when it's ready. Opening it takes you to the Mass message screen with the Winback template and recipients already filled in. Take a quick look, make any edits you'd like, and send.

The recipients are the clients you haven't seen in the last two months who don't have a future appointment.

The Winback template reads: It's been a while! We'd love to see you again. Book your next visit here: followed by your booking link.

To send a mass message in Goldie, go to Menu (☰) → Marketing → Mass message.

More Ready-Made Mass Messages

AI Marketer can also draft mass messages for other moments in your business, promoting a discount, sharing your loyalty program, filling a calendar gap, or letting clients know about upcoming time off. Each one arrives as a suggestion with the template and recipients ready for you to review and send.
