This article goes over how to export your data from Square to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Square.

Exporting your Square Clients


1) Log in to your Square account

2) Go to your customer directory

3) Click on Import/Export

4) Select "Export Customers"

Exporting your Square Appointments


1) In your Square account, go to your History

2) Select export in the top right corner

3) Save to your device

Exporting your Square Services


We recommend reaching out to Square customer support for information about exporting services from your Square account.

Exporting your Square Staff members


There is no easy way to export staff members from Square. For this, just include the name, phone number, and email addresses of the staff members you want to create in the email you send to the onboarding team. You can add up to 10 staff members on the Pro Plus plan.

Importing your Square data into Goldie


Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import, and the team will get back to you with any questions.
