Keep track of your expenses - Full Control on Your Business

Start tracking your expenses with the Pro Plus plan. The new feature helps your business and admins track expenses, analyze profitability, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Discover the Expenses feature:

The Expenses feature has been seamlessly integrated into Goldie’s interface, ensuring quick and easy access.

Where to Find It:

• The Expenses section is located in the left menu, just above Reports.

Please note that the expenses feature requires an active internet connection. If you are offline, an error message will guide you to reconnect.

Your Expenses Journey Starts Here

When you navigate to the Expenses section for the first time, you’ll encounter a Landing screen that introduces the feature’s key benefits:

Add Expenses and Receipts
Save your expenses, categorize them, set up recurring rules, and upload receipt photos.

Adding Your First Expense: Tap Add Expense to begin. After adding your first expense, the Expenses section will display a comprehensive list of your costs added, organized by date.

Viewing and Managing Expenses

The Expenses screen offers:

• A categorized list of expenses, grouped by month and date.
• Easy navigation to view, edit, or delete entries.
• Recurring expenses are displayed only when they are due (i.e., current day or earlier).

Exclusive Features for Pro Plus Users

Expense Details:

Access Profit & Loss insights: Revenue - Expenses = Profit or Loss. Get detailed Expense Reports, including:

• Breakdown by category with percentages.
• Total expense values.

Export Options: Download PDF and Excel reports with just a few taps.
