This article goes over how to export your data from Rosy Salon Software to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Rosy.
Exporting your Rosy Salon Software Clients
1. Open Rosy Salon Software and go to the Reports section.
2. Select Clients from the list of report options.
3. Run the report to generate the client data.
4. Click Export to Excel to download the data as a CSV file.
Exporting your Rosy Salon Software Appointments
1. Open Rosy Salon Software and go to the Reports section.
2. Select Appointments from the available report options.
3. Set your desired date range for the upcoming bookings.
4. Run the report to generate the data.
5. Click Export to Excel to download the data as a CSV file.
Exporting your Rosy Salon Software Services
1. Open Rosy Salon Software and go to the Reports section.
2. Select Services from the list of report options.
3. Run the report to generate the service data.
4. Click Export to Excel to download the data as a CSV file.
Alternatively - just include your booking page in the email you send us with this information and we will pull the information from there.
Exporting your Rosy Salon Software Staff members
There is no easy way to export your Rosy Salon Software staff members. In the email you send to the onboarding team just include:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Of any staff member besides you that you want to be added and we will create them for you. You must be on a pro plus subscription to be able to add staff.
Importing your Rosy Salon Software data into Goldie
Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
