This article goes over how to export your data from Schedulicty to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Schedulicty.
Exporting your Schedulicity Clients
1. Log in to your Schedulicity account.
2. Navigate to the My Business page.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Locate the option to export your client list.
5. Export the client list as an Excel document.
Exporting your Schedulicity Appointments
1. Navigate to the My Business page.
2. Click on Reports.
3. In the settings panel, select Schedule by Provider/Instructor.
4. Use the exporter to choose the staff member and specify the date range.
Note: Appointment data can only be exported one practitioner at a time. You can send each file separately to Goldie
Exporting your Schedulicity Services
Schedulicity does not currently give you the option to export your services, but if you include your booking page in the email you send us we will pull the information from there.
Exporting your Schedulicity Staff members
There is no easy way to export your Schedulicity staff members. In the email you send to the onboarding team just include:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Of any staff member besides you that you want to be added and we will create them for you. You must be on a pro plus subscription to be able to add staff.
Importing your Schedulicity data to Goldie
Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
