This article goes over how to export your data from Setmore to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Setmore.
Exporting your Setmore Clients
1. Go to Customers in Setmore.
2. Click the ☰ (hamburger menu) icon next to the search field.
3. Select Export Customers from the menu.
4. Wait for Setmore to email the CSV file of your customers to the account owner’s email address.
5. Check your email for the file shortly after exporting it.

Exporting your Setmore Appointments
1. Go to Settings > Account > Basic Reporting.
2. Use the dropdown menus to specify a Start Date, End Date, or filter results by Staff.
3. Click Generate Report to pull your data (this may take a few moments to load).
4. Optionally, use the column headers to sort your data in ascending or descending order.
5. Click the Export as .XLS button to download a spreadsheet of your data.

Exporting your Setmore Services
Setmore does not currently give you the option to export their services but if you include your booking page in the email you send us we will pull the information from there.
Exporting your Setmore Staff members
There is no easy way to export your Setmore staff members. In the email you send to the onboarding team just include:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Of any staff member besides you that you want to be added and we will create them for you. You must be on a pro plus subscription to be able to add staff.
Importing your Setmore data to Goldie
Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
