Importing From Timely

This article goes over how to export your data from Timely to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Timely.


Exporting your Timely Clients


    1.    Open the Timely App and navigate to the Reports section.

    2.    Select Customer List under the Customers section.

    3.    Ensure the filters are set correctly to match your desired data.

    4.    Click CSV to download and save the file to your computer.

Exporting your Timely Appointments


    1.    Go to the Reports section in the Timely App and select Appointment Schedule.

    2.    Use the filter at the top of the report to set your desired date range, including all past and future appointments.

    3.    Click View Report to generate the data.

    4.    Once you’re satisfied with the displayed data, click CSV to download and save the file to your computer.

Exporting your Timely Services


Timely does not currently give you the option to export your services, but if you include your booking page in the email you send us we will pull the information from there.


Exporting your Timely Staff members


There is no easy way to export your Timely staff members. In the email you send to the onboarding team just include:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number


Of any staff member besides you that you want to be added and we will create them for you. You must be on a pro plus subscription to be able to add staff.



Importing your Timely data into Goldie


Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
