This article goes over how to export your data from Savvy Pet Spa to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Savvy Pet Spa.
Exporting your Savvy Pet Spa Clients
1. In Savvy Pet Spa, navigate to the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Click on the Cog icon.
3. Select Import/Export from the menu.
4. Select Customers and then email
Exporting your Savvy Pet Spa Appointments
Savvy Pet Spa does not currently give you a self-service option to export your appointments but if you reach out to their support team, they should be able to provide you with a CSV of your data.
Exporting your Savvy Pet Spa Services
Savvy Pet Spa does not currently give you a self-service option to export your services but if you include your booking page in the email you send us we will pull the information from there.
Importing your Savvy Pet Spa data to Goldie
Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
