How can I submit a review?

Leaving a review for your service provider on Goldie is a great way to share your experience and help others make informed decisions. Your feedback is valuable and allows businesses to improve their services while building trust with potential clients.


There are multiple ways to share your review. You can review the service from the review email you receive 24 hours after your appointment or directly from your client management account.


Once a review is submitted, these reviews will appear in the Ratings & Reviews section of the business’s booking page, allowing others to see the feedback.


In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to leave a review, whether you’re signed into your client account or browsing the business’s online booking page.


Submit Review Steps:



To write a review from the client account, access the business online booking page and tap on the Sign In button. Lastly, tap on the Menu Button and tap on "Leave a review." Tapping on the "Leave a review" button will open the “Choose a business” screen. Select the business for which you would like to write the review.


To write the review from the email notification received, open the email and tap on the "Leave a review" button, and you will be redirected to the business online booking page.
