What happens if I change my phone? Will I still have access to my appointments?

You can access your Goldie account from any device (Mobile/Web) that has the Goldie app and is connected to the internet. You can access the platform from multiple devices simultaneously, too.


To sign in, open the Goldie app on your new device or computer and sign in using your email address and password (or Facebook/Google/Apple account).


A sync process will be performed when you log in for the first time, which can take up to a minute or two. Once the sync is complete, you’re ready to continue using Goldie on your new device.
