Getting Started with Goldie AI Assistant

With the new Goldie Pro Plus subscription, you are now able to get access to the Goldie AI Assistant. 

1. Generative AI Business Logo

Goldie allows users to generate business logos using AI. Below are the details on how to use this feature across different platforms (iOS, Android, and Web App).

Steps: Open the Goldie app and go to Menu > Settings > Online Booking > Booking Website.

• Tap the Add logo button to open a bottom sheet action menu.
  • Generate with AI Assistant (NEW)
  • Select from Camera
  • Select from Gallery
• Art Style Button: Available styles include Flat design, Origami, Neon graffiti, Polyart, Woodblock printing, Zen doodle, Vector art, Photorealism, Charcoal, and Byzantine art.
  
  

2. Generative AI Service and Business Description

AI Service Description and AI Business Description: These tools are designed to streamline the content creation process, making it easier to generate professional and captivating descriptions for services and businesses directly within the Goldie platform.

This feature is accessible on the Edit Service screen and aims to improve the quality and appeal of service listings. Open the Goldie app and go to Menu > Services > Tap on the Service, scroll down to the description section, and tap the "Generate with AI assistant" button.

Prompts:

• Without an existing service description:
  • "Create a [Style] service description for [Service Name] using [user’s device language], ensuring the result is between 25 to 30 words long."
• With an existing service description:
  • "Create a [Style] service description for [Service Name] and enhance [user’s service description] using [user’s device language], ensuring the result is between 25 to 30 words long."
• AI-Generated Service Description Screen:
  • Components:
    • Input Box: This is for entering or editing the base description.
    • Style Selector: Allows choosing from styles like Concise, Marketing, Artistic, and Funny.
    • Action Buttons: [Generate New], [Save], [Cancel]
    • Note: The generated results are in the user’s local language.

The AI Business Description feature aids users in creating or improving business descriptions using AI. This feature is accessible on the Edit Business Profile screen and helps enhance the quality of business listings. Open the Goldie app and go to Menu > Settings > Online Booking > Booking website.

• Without an existing business description:
  • "Create a [style] business description for [business name], managed by a professional [profession] using [user’s device language] and ensure the description is between 100 and 150 words."
• With an existing business description:
  • "Create a [style] business description for [business name], managed by a professional [profession] and enhance [user’s description] using [user’s device language] and ensure the description is between 100 and 150 words."
• AI-Generated Business Description Screen:
  • Style Selector: Allows choosing from styles like Concise, Marketing, Artistic, and Funny.
  • Note: The generated results are in the user’s local language.
    
    

3. AI-generate Policy and Terms

Goldie introduces a new AI feature for Pro Plus users, allowing for generating Policy and Terms texts. This feature enhances the Policy and Terms screen, which can be accessed from the Payments settings or the Edit Booking Website screen. Open the Goldie app and go to Menu > Settings Payments > Policy & Terms or Menu > Settings > Online Booking > Booking website > Policy&Terms.

Using the AI Assistant:

1. Entering Text:

   • Tap on the default policy text to open the Policy and Terms screen.
   • Enter your specific policy details in the provided text box.

2. Generate with AI Assistant:

   • Tap the "Generate with AI Assistant" button, which becomes enabled once you enter text.
   • The Generate screen will display the AI-generated text, which you can edit as needed.

Additional Features and Error Handling

• Character Limit: The Policy and Terms text has a character limit of 10,000 characters. You will receive a notification if this limit is reached.

4. Goldie AI replies interepretation

This feature enables Goldie AI to interpret client replies to reminders as potential cancellations or rescheduling requests. It sends a push notification to you with the interpreted intent and directs you to the notifications screen, where you can see suggestions for actions.
