How to redeem a gift card?

Customize and redeem Goldie gift cards easily from the Goldie client account.

Once the gift card has been purchased and sent, the redeem process is straightforward. ​The gift card redemption process starts when recipients click the "Redeem Now" button in the email they received.

If the email is not received, check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders. If the issue persists, ensure the recipient email address is correct or use the direct redemption link provided at purchase.

If redeeming through email, you should:


Goldie sends the gift card directly to the email address specified at purchase, ensuring recipients receive straightforward instructions and access to their card.

  1. Locate the email sent to the gift card recipient.

  1. Click the "Redeem Gift Card" link provided.

After you click on the "Redeem now" button, a link will open to activate the gift card in your client account. If you don't have a client account created, a similar page as the picture below will open to create your Goldie Client Account

Use the email address associated with the gift card to sign in or create a Goldie client account. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the account setup.

Once your account is created, you will be prompted to add and customize your Gift Card.

Once the card is added (redeemed), you will be able to see it in your client account and use it for your new appointments or for paying for existing bookings.

If the gift card is not visible, ensure you are logged in with the correct email address and that the card has been redeemed to your account.

  1. Log in to your Goldie Client account using the associated email.

  2. Navigate to Menu -> Gift Cards on the dashboard.

  3. View your balance and manage the gift card for payments during booking or checkout.

Note: If the gift card doesn’t cover the full cost, you can pay the rest using another payment method. The system updates the gift card balance in real time, providing accurate, up-to-date information.
