How Clients Can Buy and Customize
Goldie now makes it easier than ever for clients to purchase gift cards, whether in person or online via your booking page. We recommend following the steps from the video.
In-Person Gift Card Purchases
Clients can request gift cards for purchase directly from the Goldie user during an appointment. This process is done
Online Gift Card Purchases
You can also purchase gift cards directly from your business provider's Online Booking (OB) page. On mobile, the gift card section appears in the left-hand menu between Products and Portfolio.
Clicking this button opens the Customize Gift Card page. On the Customize Gift Card page, you can personalize your purchase in multiple ways by choosing from five different design images to suit the occasion and also the amount of the card.
The page also includes a section for buyer details, which are prefilled if the client accessed the page via email, and a section for recipient information, including name, email, phone, and a personal message of up to 1,000 characters.
Once all information is complete, clients click the Pay and send button to finalize the purchase. If the gift card hasn’t been paid for yet, it is taken to the Payment Method page. Gift card purchases can be completed with a saved card on file or a new card, depending on whether the client is signed in.
If you are sending this card to someone else, please add the recipient's email address instead of the buyer's (your) email address.
