What happens if I lose my phone or buy a new device?

Users can access their Goldie account from any device that has the app downloaded or using the web-app platform. Therefore, if you lose your phone or move to a new device, you’ll be able to continue managing and growing your business from anywhere. 


To access your account from a new device, simply install Goldie and then log in using your credentials. Once you’re account syncs to the new device, you’re ready to continue using Goldie.
