Only the Account Owner that manages a business’s Goldie account can change other staff members’ permissions. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
- Go to Menu (☰) → Staff
- Tap “Staff members.”
- Tap on the staff member whose permissions you’d like to change
- Tap “Edit” in the top right corner
- Tap “User permissions” and select your desired level
- Tap “Save” in the top right corner
