How long does it take for Goldie to pay out my funds?

For users in the U.S., U.K., and Canada: In order for funds to be paid out, they must first be confirmed as available in your Goldie account. It typically takes the following amounts of time for funds to become available for payout:

For most accounts, payments received before 5:00 PM EST will be paid out daily at prior to a business day (Mon-Fri). See the figure below:

Using this figure, it is helpful to consider two examples:

1   A payment received at 12:00 Eastern on a Thursday will be received on Friday

2   A payment received at 9:00 PM Eastern on a Thursday will be received on Monday

If your account has access to instant payouts for a small fee, you can initiate a payout immediately on any day of the week.

Payouts to your bank account are initiated every business day (weekdays, excluding bank holidays) for which you have met the thresholds. The payout amount will be equal to your available balance at the time they are initiated. Because the payout schedule is automated, it is not possible to cancel or delay a payout.

For brand-new or seldom-used accounts, payouts may be capped and take longer to process. We appreciate your patience as we review the activity associated with this account. Please allow 2-3 business days for payouts to be made.

Note: Payout speed may be slowed down based on account activity or pending documentation.

For users in other countries: Stripe manages your payout process directly, so please log into your Stripe account to confirm your payout settings (including processing times before funds are available).
