How do I request a data import?

If you are coming to Goldie from another system, we make it easy to pick up where you left off.

Here are some common imports we do every day:

What can be imported?

We can import:

- Client List

- Services

- Future Appointments

- Team Members (must be a Pro Plus user)

How long does the import take?

From start to finish - the whole process should take 2 - 5 business days.

What format do I need to send the information in?

We require the data to be in either a CSV or an Excel format to do the import
