Importing from Fresha

Are you looking to switch from Fresha to Goldie? The import process is a breeze.

This article goes over how to export your data from Fresha to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Fresha.

Exporting your Fresha Clients

1) In your Fresha account, open your clients list.

2) Click on Options > Export as CSV

Exporting your Fresha Appointments

1) In your Fresha account, go to Sales > Appointments

2) Select the date range you want to export (this is what will import into your Goldie account)

*note - at this time Goldie can only import future appointments

3) Click Export > CSV

Exporting your Fresha Services

1) In your Fresha account , open your service catalogue

2) Click on Options > Download CSV

Exporting your Fresha Products

1) In your Fresha account , open reports

2) Click on Product List

3) Set the appropriate filters

2) Click on Options > Download CSV

Exporting your Fresha Staff members

There is no easy way to to export staff members from Fresha. For this - just include the name, phone number, and email addresses of the staff members you want to create in the email you send to the onboarding team. You can add up to 10 staff members on the pro plus plan.

Importing your Fresha data into Goldie

Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
