Importing From Vagaro

This article goes over how to export your data from Vagaro to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Vagaro.


Exporting your Vagaro Clients


1) In your Vagaro account, click on the Customer tab, then click "Customer List" (Note: Only Account Owners can export the client list)

2) Click "Run Report" to pull all clients. Alternatively you can add filters using "Advanced Filters" if you want to limit the data imported into Goldie

3) Click Export > Excel to get a file that can be uploaded to Goldie



Exporting your Vagaro Appointments


Vagaro does not currently offer a way to export your  appointments on your own. To do so, you will need to contact their support team and ask for a CSV file of all upcoming appointments.


Exporting your Vagaro Services


1) In your Vagaro account, click on the Settings > Employees > Employee Profiles

2) Find the employee who's services you are trying to export then click on their name.

3) Click Services (You can only export one employee's services at a time)

4) Click on the download icon at the top of the screen.

5) If exporting multiple files - change the name of the file to the employees name before exporting again, as all of the files will have the same name.


Exporting your Vagaro Staff members


There is no easy way to to export staff members from Vagaro. For this - just include the name, phone number, and email addresses of the staff members you want to create in the email you send to the onboarding team. You can add up to 10 staff members on the pro plus plan.


Importing your Vagaro data to Goldie


Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
