This article goes over how to export your data from Wix to send to the Goldie onboarding team. If you encounter any issues exporting your data, you should reach out directly to Wix.
Exporting your Wix Clients
1. In Wix, navigate to your Contact List.
2. Click the More Actions icon.
3. Choose Export Contacts.
4. Select the second option, By Label (not selected by default).
5. From the dropdown menu, choose All Contacts.
6. Select Regular CSV file as the format.
7. Click Export and the file will be downloaded.
Exporting your Wix Appointments
1. Navigate to the Bookings List in your Wix dashboard.
2. In the Date Range fields, enter your preferred date range to include all past and upcoming appointments.
3. Click the Search button.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to ensure all bookings are loaded.
5. Click Download CSV at the top of the page.
Exporting your Wix Services
Wix does not currently give you the option to export your services, but if you include your booking page in the email you send us we will pull the information from there.
Exporting your Wix Staff members
There is no easy way to export your Wix staff members. In the email you send to the onboarding team just include:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Of any staff member besides you that you want to be added and we will create them for you. You must be on a pro plus subscription to be able to add staff.
Importing your Wix data to Goldie
Email your data to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
