Goldie helps you build stronger relationships with your clients by reminding you of their birthdays. With the Birthday Reminder feature, you’ll receive a push notification at 9 AM local time on the client’s birthday, prompting you to send them a warm greeting.
From the notification you receive, tap on "Send now," and a prefilled message will be added to your messaging app. You can also customize the message and send it to your customer.
How to Use the Birthday Reminder Feature:
To receive birthday reminders, you need to be subscribed to the Pro or Pro Plus plan (this feature is not available for Starter or Premium plans).
To add the client’s birthdate to their profile in the Goldie app, follow the steps below:
Open the Goldie app.
Go to Menu > Clients.
Select the client you want to add a birthday for.
Tap on the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.
Tap on Edit client details.
In the Birthday field, enter the client’s birthdate.
Tap Save.
Note: In view mode under the Details tab, the birthday will be displayed without the year.
Receiving Birthday Reminders
If you've saved a client’s birthday and are on the Pro or Pro Plus plan, you will receive a push notification at 9 AM local time on their birthday.
