How do I change the sending device?

Goldie users can access their accounts simultaneously on multiple devices. Therefore, you can choose which device to use to send the reminders.

To select the device that will be used to send messages to clients, take the following steps:

  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)

  2. Go to Menu (☰) → Settings → Messages → Sending Device

  3. Select your preferred device from those listed (the list will show the devices that have logged into your Goldie account)
