How do I add a staff member?

Subscribers to Goldie's Pro Plus plan can easily add additional users (Staff Members) to their account by taking the following steps:

  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
  2. Go to Menu (☰) → Staff
  3. Tap “Staff members.”
  4. Tap “+” in the top right corner
  5. Enter the required information:
    1. Full name
    2. Profession
    3. Contact info (phone number and email address)
    4. Working hours
    5. Photo (optional)
    6. Online booking availability
    7. Notifications
    8. Services (those that they specifically offer)
    9. Permission level

You can choose between Staff (more restricted) and Admin (comprehensive) access to your account. Learn more about the differences in this article.

Lastly, tap “Save” in the top right corner. The staff member will receive an email invite to join your Goldie account.
