Rebooking Reminder Guide

With the Rebooking Reminder option in your message templates with "AFTER" sending times, you can now choose to send a rebooking reminder only if the client doesn't have a future appointment booked.

How to Use:

1. Go to Goldie -> Settings -> Message and tap on the + icon to create a new message template.

Tap on the "Sending Time" section and select "AFTER." Send only if the client doesn’t have a future appointment booked option is set by default to OFF.

This option will appear only if the message has "AFTER" sending times. If other sending times are added, the setting will disappear.

*Note: For the existing "Follow-up" template, the new setting will be automatically set to OFF.

Rebooking Reminder Template

We have introduced a new message template for rebooking reminders, applicable to both new and existing users.

- Message Name: Rebooking reminder

- Sending Time: 30 days after

- Send only if the client doesn’t have a future appointment booked: ON

- Template: Hi [Client's first name], it's a good time to rebook. Please visit [Booking link] or call [Phone number]. See you soon! [Company name]

Important Note: If the rebook check setting changes between appointment creation and the message sending, the system will adapt dynamically based on the latest setting.
