Goldie makes it easy to share your business's location with your clients before their appointment. You can keep the location on a client profile in sync with the location on that client’s appointment.
When you add the location to your client's profile, the address will be automatically displayed on the appointment. So all you need to do is go to Menu -> Clients, tap the client's profile, and add a location address.
You can also add the location manually in the Appointment Details by following the steps below:
Tap on the appointment you’d like to add a location to
On the Appointment details screen, tap “Edit” in the top right corner
Scroll down to the Location field and enter the address for the appointment
💡 Make sure the Location widget is added to your reminder template; otherwise, it won't get sent to your customers
Add location to the message template:
Go to Menu (☰) → Settings → Messages
Tap on the reminder template you’d like to include the location in
On the Edit message screen, tap the Template option and ensure the blue “Location” widget is included in your message — if it’s not, you can add it by simply tapping the Location in the Insert Field options at the bottom of the screen.
After taking these steps, your location will be shared with your clients whenever they receive a reminder before their appointment.
