For your online booking site, Goldie enables you to manually approve or reject all appointments your clients book online (which can give you more control over who books your appointments and when they book them). To enable this, follow the steps below:
Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
Go to Menu (☰) → Settings → Online booking → Bookings preferences → Booking Acceptance
Tap to select your desired approach to confirm appointments:
Automatically accept all appointment requests (default)
Manually accept or decline all appointment requests
