What Are Instant Payouts?
Instant Payouts let you transfer funds from your Goldie balance directly to your bank account or debit card within minutes. You can request an Instant Payout any day, any time, including weekends.
Who Is Eligible?
To use Instant Payouts, you must meet all of the following conditions:
Account owner — Only the account owner can initiate Instant Payouts. Admin and staff roles do not have access.
Eligible bank account or debit card — Your linked payout method must support instant transfers. More information here
Subscribed to a paying subscription — Your Goldie account must be subscribed to Pro or Pro Plus to enable this functionality
New Goldie Payments users may not be immediately eligible for Instant Payouts. Eligibility is determined by Stripe and may take some time to activate after you start processing payments.
Fees and Limits
Fee: 1.8% per Instant Payout, deducted from the transfer amount.
Minimum payout: $25 (you must have a minimum available balance)
Maximum payout: $500 per day
For example, if you request an Instant Payout of $200, the 1.8% fee ($3.60) is subtracted, and $196.40 is transferred to your account.
How to Request an Instant Payout
Open the Goldie app and go to Menu → Payments.
Tap Get Paid now.
The transfer is sent to the bank account or debit card linked to your Goldie Payments account. To update your payout method, go to Menu → Payments → Linked Account.
Why Can't I Use Instant Payouts?
Here are the most common reasons the Instant Payout option may be unavailable or disabled:
Balance below $25 — If your available balance is lower than $25 the instant payout option will not be available
Bank or card not supported — Your linked payout method may not support instant transfers. Try adding a Visa or Mastercard debit card instead. See US Banks Supporting Instant Payouts for the full list of supported banks.
Account not yet eligible — New accounts need some processing history before Stripe enables Instant Payouts.

How long does it take to receive an Instant Payout?
Funds typically arrive within 30 minutes, though most transfers settle in just a few minutes.
Does using Instant Payouts affect my regular payout schedule?
No. Any funds you don't transfer via Instant Payout will still be paid out on your regular schedule.
Can I request more than one Instant Payout per day?
Yes, you can make multiple transfers throughout the day.
