Understanding Your Payouts: Breakdown, Schedule, and Troubleshooting

Learn how to view your payout breakdown, troubleshoot missing payouts, change your payout schedule, and understand instant payout fees.

Updated yesterday

This article covers everything you need to know about your Goldie Payments payouts — how to see a breakdown, what to do if a payout is missing, and how to handle common payout issues.

Viewing Your Payout Breakdown

To see a detailed breakdown of your payouts: Open the Goldie app and go to Menu → Payments

You'll see your payout history, including the amount, date, and status of each payout. Tap on any individual payout to see which transactions (client payments, deposits, tips) are included

• For a full financial overview, check Menu → Reports → Payment, where you can see revenue breakdowns by date range.

Missing or Delayed Payout

If you expected a payout but haven't received it:

1. Check the Payout Timeline

Standard payouts typically arrive in your bank account within a business day, depending on your bank and country.

Instant payouts (where available) arrive within minutes but include a small fee. Learn more: How long does it take for Goldie to pay out my funds?

2. Check if Payouts Are Paused

Stripe may pause payouts if additional verification is needed. Common reasons include:

• Missing or outdated taxpayer information (SSN/EIN in the US)

• Incomplete identity verification

• Account under review for unusual activity

If payouts are paused, you'll typically receive an email from Goldie or Stripe explaining what's needed. Check your Payments section in the app for any pending verification requests.

3. Check Your Bank Account Details

If your bank account number or routing number is incorrect, payouts will fail. This is one of the most common causes of missing payouts.

• Go to Menu → Payments and verify your bank account information

• If you recently changed banks, make sure you've updated your details: How do I change the bank account?

Entered the wrong bank account number? If you accidentally entered incorrect bank details (even by one digit), your payout may be sent to the wrong account or rejected by the bank. Contact us immediately at [email protected] — we can work with Stripe to trace the payment and recover your funds where possible. The sooner you report it, the better the chances of recovery.

Instant Payouts

Instant payouts let you receive your funds within minutes instead of waiting for the standard processing time. Please note:

• Instant payouts include a 1.5% fee per transaction

• They are only available if your bank supports instant transfers. See the list: US Banks Supporting Instant Payouts

Sending Payouts to Multiple Bank Accounts

Currently, Goldie supports one bank account per payment account. You cannot split payouts across multiple bank accounts automatically. All payouts from your Goldie Payments account will go to the single bank account linked to your Stripe account.
