Goldie Pro subscribers receive 500 messages per month by default (in the US/UK/Canada; 200 in other countries), and they can purchase additional messages as needed (see this article to learn how).
If you’re concerned about how many messages you’re using, consider taking a look at the following aspects of your account:
- The length of your message templates — every single message you send via Goldie's system can contain up to 160 characters. If your template contains more than 160 characters, it will count as two messages each time that message is sent. (It’s also important to note that emojis and other non-Latin alphabet symbols are considered UNICODE, and you will use more messages)
- The number of messages you send per appointment (sending times) — it’s possible to add multiple messages to each appointment (e.g., two reminders at different times, a follow-up thank you note, etc.). While it’s important to communicate key information about appointments to your customers, be careful not to send unnecessary messages — too many can also impact your customer’s experience.
You can easily check your message usage in Goldie anytime by going to Menu (☰) → My Account.
