Growing your business with Goldie's Pro/Pro Plus subscriptions

Upgrade to Pro/Pro Plus to unlock reminders, payments, reports, message templates, team tools, and priority support.

To accelerate your business's growth, upgrade your Starter account to Goldie's Pro or Pro Plus plan. You'll unlock all of the following powerful features that will help take you to the next level.

Automate your text reminders (and other messages)​

On the Pro and Pro Plus plans, Goldie will automatically send appointment reminders (or follow-ups/other messages) to clients, with no tapping "send" required. Our automatic text/SMS system makes preventing no-shows easy. Messages will come from Goldie's phone number, but you'll still receive all responses from clients (available in certain countries only).

By default, when you upgrade to Goldie Pro, messages will be automatically sent to clients using our automated system. You still have the ability to send direct messages to clients from your phone's texting app, though, if you prefer. To change that setting, open the Goldie app and go to Menu (☰) → Settings → Messages → Sending method.

Process payments with ease

Subscribers to one of Goldie's plans are able to automatically collect deposits and payments/tips from clients.

These powerful features help protect against no-shows and make checking out a breeze. Plus, they help ensure you get paid faster. Learn how to set up your Goldie account to accept payments with this guide.

No-Show Protection lets you collect deposits at booking, or require a card on file so you can charge a fee for no-shows and late cancellations, helping protect your time and revenue. Review insightful reports

Effortlessly track the growth of your business and your income by day, week, month, or year. Goldie's Pro/Pro Plus plans make it easy to see how you're performing over time, with different clients, and by type of appointment/service.

Subscribers to our Pro Plus plan can compare the performance of each of their individual staff members, too.

To view any of these powerful reports, simply go to Menu (☰) → Reports and select your desired view.

Create unlimited templates for messages

You can automate multiple client touchpoints before and after every appointment by establishing templates that enhance your client's experience - and help you build your business.

For example, when you create an appointment, send instant booking confirmation, a reminder before the appointment, and a follow-up message that says “Thank you” and encourages them to rebook after the appointment.

To set up your message templates, go to Menu (☰) → Settings → Messages, then tap the message you'd like to edit. Or, tap "+" in the top right corner to create a new one.

Plus, on Pro/Pro Plus plans, your messages won’t end with our brand signature (“Sent via Goldie”).

Leverage Goldie's staff management feature (for Pro Plus subscribers)

Goldie makes it easy to grow your business and your team with our staff management feature. Keep track of your staff’s schedule, manage payments/tips, and let clients book anyone online with our powerful software.

Collect and showcase client reviews

The Goldie Reviews feature lets you gather client reviews and showcase them directly on your online booking page, helping you build trust and attract new clients. It's available on both the Pro and Pro Plus plans. Google Reviews integration, which prompts happy clients to also leave a review on your Google Business Profile, is exclusive to Pro Plus. Reward repeat clients with a Loyalty Program

The Loyalty Program automatically rewards clients for repeat visits: you set the number of visits required and the reward value, and Goldie tracks stamps, issues rewards, and applies them at checkout with no manual work needed. Customize your booking page with design themes (Pro Plus)

On the Pro Plus plan, you can choose from multiple design themes for your online booking page instead of the default Standard theme, letting your booking website better match your brand. Let AI handle client texts with AI Receptionist (Pro Plus)

AI Receptionist is a 24/7 virtual assistant that reads incoming client texts and can automatically book, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments based on your settings.
