Getting started with Goldie's Pro Plus plan

Manage staff with Goldie Pro Plus: invite team members, assign roles, control bookings & edit permissions easily.

This guide is for subscribers to Goldie's Pro Plus plan, which empowers you to grow your business beyond yourself. Learn more about the Pro Plus plan here.

Here are the first steps to take when adding and managing new staff members on your Goldie account:

Staff-level appointment and financial reports

Account Owners and Admins on Pro Plus can view business performance broken down by staff member, toggling between day, week, month, or year to see revenue generated by each team member. See our guide on staff financial reports.

Client intake forms

Forms let you collect essential information from clients before their appointment — create up to 99 custom questions, require a signature, and choose which services trigger which forms. This is exclusive to Pro Plus. See our guide on adding forms to your online booking page.

Premium booking website designs

Google Reviews booster

The Google Reviews Booster prompts clients who leave a great review on Goldie to also share it on your Google Business Profile — exclusive to Pro Plus (standard Goldie Reviews are available on Pro too). See our guide on requesting customer reviews.

Waitlist

AI Receptionist

AI Receptionist is a 24/7 virtual assistant that reads incoming client texts and can automatically book, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments based on your settings. It's fully available on Pro Plus, with 50 AI replies included every month; Pro subscribers get 10 free trial replies to test it out. Learn more in our AI Receptionist guide.

More monthly text message credits

The Pro plan includes 500 monthly messages for reminders and client replies; Pro Plus increases that to 750 monthly messages. Learn more in our guide on how messages work on Pro and Pro Plus plans.

Invite the new staff member(s)

To add a new staff member, go to Menu (☰) → Staff, and tap the “Add staff member” button. Then, enter the new staff member’s details and tap Save. An invitation email will be automatically sent to your staff member at the email address you entered for them.

After the invite has been accepted, the new staff member's account will be created. You'll then be able to see the new staff member‘s calendar and update staff settings (such as which services they provide). For more details on adding a staff member, check out this article.

Roles and permissions

The Account Owner of your Goldie Pro Plus subscription can set the level of access that all other users on the account have. Only the Account Owner can edit those permissions.

To update a staff member's permissions, go to Menu (☰) → Staff Members, tap the one you'd like to change permissions for, and then tap "Edit" in the top right corner. Learn more about the permission levels you're able to assign in this article.

Online booking visibility

You can also control whether or not a staff member is listed on your online booking page. When you add new staff members, they will appear on your online booking page by default.

To update this setting at any time, go to Menu (☰) → Staff, tap on the member you'd like to edit, and select or deselect “Bookable by clients online”.
